All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. No contract subsists between us and a consumer until we accept the order by e-mail confirming that we have dispatched the product(s). Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time www.GulliversToys.co.uk sends the despatch e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). When you place an order with us you enter a legally binding agreement with us. Please not that you do not own the products until you have paid for them in full, we have accepted that payment and despatched your order - only then is your purchase is then considered complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items offered at an incorrect price. We also reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice, however, if this is the case we will contact you to inform you of this prior to sending out your goods. Orders being sent to business addresses, hospitals, hotels, schools and flats will be left at reception or mailing room. Please note we are unable to accept addresses from or to PO box and Mailbox numbers.

We do not supply Trade or Wholesale
All payments are made in UK Pounds Sterling (please note for overseas customers that the conversion to your currency will be done by our bank, at the rate ruling at time of ordering. We accept payment by Most Debit and Credit Cards. We use WorldPay to securely process our online payments and you will be transferred to their secure pages during the checkout process. Please note that if you do not give your correct card billing address details at the checkout stage then this may delay your order as we give further time for your payment to clear unchallenged.
Standard UK Mainland Postage & Packaging
We aim to deliver within approximately 2 to 3 working days, however this is just an estimate based on average deliveries and delays may also occur in the postage service which are outwith our control and ov er busy times of year postal services wil obviously be slower. We try to send most large items next working day via courier but this will depend on the time the order is placed. Smaller Items may be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
FREE P&P may apply at certain times and for a limited time only and is not available in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or discount.
Our main couriers is UKMail (DHL) for larger items and sometimes the Royal Mail for smaller items but occasionally we may use other third party delivery companies. Delivery will be attempted to the address given but if not in it is standard parctice to try and deliver to a neighbour.
Please remember deliveries will be delayed around bank / public holidays.
We are only able to deliver within the UK mainland - we do not deliver to the Highland (IV PostCodes), UK Islands or Northern Ireland due to courier restrictions.
Where possible we send orders out in the packaging it comes to us in or we reuse the packaging we receive to re pack orders in. We aim to reuse 100% of the paper and card we recieve from our suppliers so that we do not need to recycle any however any paper and card that we cannot resue we do recycle.
Returns and Refunds of Unwanted Goods
If you purchase any unwanted goods and wish to return them to us then you must first put this request in an email us, goods must then be returned within 14 days of delivery unused, undamaged, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions attached, at your expense. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to return the goods within this period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the products and their packaging while they are in your possession. Once the unwanted item has been received and checked you will receive an email from us stating that we will refund to you the price you have paid for the product(s) and this will be re-credited to the card used on the appropriate order within 14 days of the refund being approved. Goods returned and received by us after 14 days from the date of delivery will not automatically qualify for the right to a refund but may be applied at our own discretion. Personalised orders - those purchases that are made to order are exempt and are non refundable. If returning an item puts the value of your remaining order under our free delivery amount then the returned item may be refunded less the applicable delivery charge that would apply for the remaining order amount.
Sending Products Back to Gullivers Toys.
We recommend that if you are sending any products to us you send them by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that have been lost in transit.

If you realise you have made a mistake or you encounter any difficulties trying to submit an order please contact us immediately at info@GulliversToys.co.uk so that we can do our best to rectify the situation.
We take every care in sourcing, checking and packaging each product however, in the event that the products you receive are faulty we will try to fix or replace the faulty item free of charge but if this is not possible then once the item is returned we will refund your order. Please contact us with the full details of your order including the faulty product and we will aim to resolve this as quickly as possible. Once the unwanted item has been received and checked over you will receive an email from us stating if we will be able to refund you the price you have paid for the product(s). This will be re-credited to the card used on the appropriate order within 30 days of the refund being approved.
Damages / Missing Products
If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing you must contact us within 24 hours and we will investigate. We aim to resolve this as soon as possible but within 14 days.
For Faulty or Damaged items we will refund the return postage costs up to the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery.
Any Trademarks and trade names for brands, titles, or product names displayed throughout the website are the sole rights of their respective legal owners. Permission is NOT given to use any of them, in anyway whatsoever.
